We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer (Deskside Support – Level 1) to join our team in Ogrove, Spain on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, bilingual IT professional with a strong customer service mindset to provide on-site technical support in a dynamic corporate environment.
? Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Level 1 desk-side support and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
* Provide professional and timely customer support in person and via ticketing systems
* Perform IT setup, device deployment, and general maintenance
* Ensure a positive user experience through clear communication and follow-up
* Proven experience in a Deskside Support / IT Support Level 1 role
* Fluent Spanish and proficient English (minimum B2 level)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment
* Must have a valid work permit allowing full-time employment in Spain
