PbEV Business Development Manager – AC Charging /b /pp bLocation: /b Madrid or Barcelona /pp bFocus: /b Selling into EV installers and CPOs /ppbSalary €60,000 - €65,000 + Variable + Car /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a driven bEV Business Development Manager /b to grow our presence across Spain, with a strong focus on bEV charging installers /b and bCharge Point Operators (CPOs) /b. This role is ideal for someone with deep commercial experience in the EV charging ecosystem, a strong network in the market, and the ability to build long-term partnerships that drive revenue and adoption. /ppbr/ppbRole overview /b /ppYou will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the EV charging value chain. Working closely with internal teams, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution positioning through to negotiation and account growth. /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities /b /pulliDevelop and execute a business development strategy for Spain, with a focus on installers and CPOs. /liliBuild and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across Madrid, Barcelona /liliLead commercial conversations with technical and procurement stakeholders. /liliUnderstand customer needs and position the right charging, hardware, software, or service solution. /liliNegotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure profitable deals. /liliCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support customer growth. /liliRepresent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and trade shows. /liliMaintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting and reporting. /li /ul pbWhat we are looking for /b /pulliProven experience in bbusiness development or sales in EV charging, energy, infrastructure, or adjacent technical sectors /b. /liliStrong understanding of the EV charging market in Spain. /liliExperience selling to binstallers, CPOs, partners /b. /liliExcellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills. /liliCommercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working independently. /liliFluent in bSpanish and English /b. /liliBased in bMadrid or Barcelona /b, with willingness to travel as needed. /lilibExperience in AC Charging /b /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat success looks like /b /pulliA healthy and growing pipeline of qualified opportunities. /liliNew strategic accounts won across binstaller and CPO segments. /b /liliStrong repeat business and account expansion. /liliClear contribution to revenue growth in Spain. /li /ul
