I am looking for a
strategic, creative, and resilient leader
to head our Content & Brand department. This role is central to shaping how the brand is expressed and experienced — through storytelling, creative execution, and cultural relevance across all touchpoints, from digital and social to in-restaurant experiences.
As part of the marketing leadership team, you’ll define the brand’s voice and creative direction, lead a talented team, and collaborate closely with the founders to translate strategy into powerful stories that inspire our community and drive growth.
Responsibilities Lead and inspire
the Content & Brand department, setting the creative vision and ensuring alignment across all brand activities. Champion storytelling
as a key driver of brand identity and engagement. Develop and execute
a cohesive content and brand strategy across digital, social, and experiential channels. Oversee 360° campaigns
from concept through production, maintaining world-class creative quality. Collaborate closely with founders and senior marketing leaders
to align creative direction with business priorities. Mentor and grow
a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Oversee content production
including video, photo, and editorial storytelling to ensure consistent, impactful brand expression. Stay ahead of cultural, social, and digital trends
to keep the brand dynamic and relevant. Implement efficient workflows
that improve clarity, creativity, and scalability across the department. Act as an ambassador
for the brand’s creative vision, culture, and values — internally and externally.
About You 7+ years of experience
in creative, content, or brand leadership roles. Proven ability to
lead creative teams
and deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels. Strong expertise in
brand storytelling, campaign strategy, and content development
. Confident, resilient, and comfortable collaborating with founders and senior stakeholders. Portfolio demonstrating
conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, and social-first creativity
. Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or consumer brands preferred (agency background welcome). Fluent in
Spanish and English
