About the role:
We''re seeking a Content Designer with copywriting experience to join our Experience Design Team. In this role, you''ll blend marketing expertise with UX writing skills to create compelling content across all digital touchpoints from product to marketing copy. This role bridges the gap between marketing and product design, crafting content that both engages users and drives results.
What you will do:
Content Creation, Copywriting, & Strategy
* Write clear, engaging content for digital products and marketing materials
* Write effective microcopy for product interfaces (buttons, error messages, etc.)
* Develop and maintain content style guides and guidelines
* Design and write persuasive copy for caigns, case studies, and sales materials
* Create presentation decks and visual communication materials
Optimization & Research
* Use data and user feedback to improve content performance
* Conduct content audits and implement improvements
* Participate in user research to understand content effectiveness
* Apply SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
1. Collaboration
* Work closely with design and product teams throughout project lifecycles
* Partner with marketing to develop effective content and materials
* Lead content workshops and training sessions
* Ensure consistent user experience across all platforms
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of content creation experience in marketing and digital products
* Bachelor''s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related field
* Strong portfolio demonstrating both marketing content and UX writing work
* Visual design skills with ability to create basic marketing materials
* Native or near native English proficiency
* Experience with data driven content strategies
Desired Skills
* Experience in B2B content creation
* Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
* Experience with content testing and optimization
