What we’re looking for:
✅ Deep knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation
✅ Hands-on experience in a senior payroll, audit, or compliance role
✅ Proven track record with authorities, audits, and investigations
✅ Process improvement mindset and strong attention to detail
✅ Comfortable working async in a fast-paced international environment
✅ Strong Excel/data skills (SQL is a bonus)
✅ Fluent in English and Spanish
