Role Description
The SAP Customer Success Management team aims to deliver a virtual, digital customer engagement experience. The D-CSM will use a low-touch, digital approach to ensure excellent service across a large customer portfolio, focusing on onboarding, adoption, renewal, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboard New Customers
o Conduct virtual onboarding sessions and regular check-ins
o Share SAP resources like webinars and training
o Assist with showstoppers and roadblocks
2. Drive Customer Adoption and Manage Risks
o Engage with priority customers and execute scaled initiatives
o Share tools and resources to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
o Identify at-risk customers and involve cross-functional teams as needed
o Support AI adoption topics
o Act as a trusted advisor for non-technical inquiries
3. Expand Digital Customer Base
o Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
4. Build Internal Stakeholder Networks
5. Analyze Customer Data to Prioritize Engagements
Minimum Requirements
* Location: Barcelona
* 3+ years in a customer-facing role managing complex relationships in software
* Experience with SAP cloud SaaS solutions is a plus
* Proven ability to manage high-volume engagements
* Experience working with cross-functional, virtual, and global teams
* Motivated, adaptable, and collaborative
* Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills in English and German
