The mission is to ensure the training needs are coordinated and managed for the assigned delivery center(s), maintaining a high training quality standard. By proactively addressing inefficiencies and mitigating risks, this individual will safeguard eDO’s financial health and enhance overall organizational efficiency. This involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to analyze existing processes, identify vulnerabilities, and develop strategies that promote cost savings, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
What you will do: The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks - Assess training needs across all functions for front office, back office, online, and offline.
- Oversee the assigned delivery centers’ training operations.
- Conduct onsite visits to certify trainers, provide train‑the‑trainer sessions, and co‑facilitate sessions if needed.
- Facilitate workshops and development sessions as required.
- Conduct regular knowledge tests, analyze results, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Work with quality and operations to understand agent training needs.
- Design, deliver and evaluate training for technical skills.
- Create, manage, and maintain all technical training content.
- Maintain the assigned training roadmaps.
- Keep up to date with knowledge of our products, pricing, promotions and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AI‑powered assistants.
