Job Description

As part of the technical department, you will join the pre-sales team. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

* Pre-sales Management : Collaborating with the sales teams throughout the entire offer process, from the initial analysis of the client's requirements to transferring projects to the deployment teams.
* Tender Responses : After assessing client needs, you will draft responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) in coordination with internal teams, including R&D, deployment, billing, and regulatory.
* Proof of Concept (POC) and Feasibility : Leading the development and execution of POCs and feasibility demonstrations. You will also play a critical role in presenting and defending the proposed solutions to clients.
* Client Relations : Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, listening to their needs, and providing tailored solutions and support.
* Relationship Building : Building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with clients.

Desired Profile

* Education : Master's degree in computer science, telecommunications, or networking.
* Languages : Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Mastery of Chinese is an asset.
* Industry Awareness : Understanding of market trends and the ability to anticipate changes in technologies and consumer behaviors.
* Project Management : Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Coordination Skills : Experience in coordinating and driving projects in collaboration with various departments.

Required Skills

* Strong technical knowledge in networking, Linux, wireless communications, databases, and programming languages (e.g., Java).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Superior client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
