We're looking for a sharp, innovative, and process-oriented AI Operations & Automation Specialist to join our dynamic, international team. This is about identifying what's broken, what's inefficient, what's outdated – and then wielding the power of AI and automation workflows to fix it. What You'll Be Doing (aka, Your Mission Control):
You don’t need to code the core infrastructure, but you must speak "Tech" (APIs, Data Security, basic logic) to ensure smooth integration.
Change Management: Create documentation and train our team to adopt these new tools effectively.
Innovation Watch: Stay updated on the latest AI trends to propose pilot projects that bring real ROI to the business.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. Demonstrated track record of implementing AI or Automation projects in a business context. Technical Fluency: You are not a software developer, but you have: Basic knowledge of programming logic (Python knowledge is a massive plus) to have high-level technical conversations with our Dutch IT team. Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor (candidates will be asked to demonstrate this experience during the interview process).
Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory (C1/C2) for daily coordination with HQ. Spanish is required for the local office.
