One of our long-standing clients in Germany is starting a new venture in Spain, opening an office in sunny Valencia! We are excited to partner exclusively with them to build their business support team there and are seeking experienced team assistants and executive assistants to join their new office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals currently working in services to relocate to Spain, where English is mandatory. German and Spanish language skills are preferred. The team in Valencia is growing, and you will be part of a global company offering numerous opportunities for development. The ideal candidate has a background in financial services, private equity, banking, or management consulting, but cultural fit is paramount.

We will not consider candidates without existing right to work in Spain.
Role Responsibilities:
* Diary and email management
* Management of calls, actioning as appropriate
* Arranging internal and external meetings and welcoming guests
* Supporting onboarding and induction of new joiners
* Expense management and invoicing
* Organizing complex international travel itineraries
* Covering EA absences during holidays
* Other administrative tasks such as post, printing, binding, and archiving
Candidate Profile:
* Background in professional services, ideally private equity, finance, or law firms
* Team player with a proactive attitude
* Fluent in English; Spanish is preferred but mandatory for the right candidate
* Strong organizational, secretarial, and problem-solving skills
* Professional communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle ad-hoc projects
* Legal right to work in Spain
