We want you at Younited! /p pWe are seeking a strategic, senior, and business-oriented Finance Revenue Director to lead the financial operations of our Spanish branch and oversee the Pricing function for Spain and Portugal. This is a key leadership role that requires an experienced professional with a strong financial background, excellent regulatory understanding, and the ability to guide a team while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the organization. /p pReporting to the Country CEO and leading a local finance and pricing team based in Barcelona, your key responsibilities will include driving business-oriented initiatives, contributing with revenue-focused insights and bringing forward new ideas to support growth. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libFinancial Leadership: /b Lead all financial operations, including cashflow management, financial controls, reporting, and team development. /li libRegulatory Compliance Oversight: /b Ensure full compliance with Banco de España and other regulatory requirements, including timely and accurate regulatory reporting and statutory accounts. /li libTax Supervision: /b Oversee all tax filings (VAT, Corporate Tax, etc.) and ensure alignment with local tax regulations. /li libAudit Management: /b Act as the overall responsible for internal and external audits, ensuring quality and timely completion. /li libPricing Oversight (Spain Portugal): /b Supervise the pricing team and steer the overall pricing strategy for both countries, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and process efficiency. Collaborate with Risk, Marketing, and central teams to align pricing decisions with business goals. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul libSenior Financial Leadership Experience: /b Extensive experience in senior finance roles, ideally within regulated financial services and/or Big4 (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG), with proven exposure to regulatory reporting, tax obligations, audits and oversight of finance teams. Experience in scale-ups or fast-growing environments is a strong plus. /li libEducational Background: /b Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA, ACCA) is highly valued. /li libLanguage Skills: /b Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. /li libTechnical Analytical Skills: /b Strong financial and analytical skills, with solid command of Excel and familiarity with financial management systems. Experience working with dashboards or performance tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage, especially for pricing oversight. /li libBusiness-oriented mindset: /b with a strong ability to understand the business and consistently drive positive impact across teams and outcomes. /li libAttention to Detail Compliance Mindset: /b High level of rigor and accuracy, ensuring full compliance in financial reporting, tax submissions, and regulatory requirements. /li libStrategic Thinking Adaptability: /b Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
