In this role, you will take full responsibility for the performance, development, and motivation of your team. You will lead by example, coach your agents to success, and work closely with other departments to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals.What you'll do in the role :
Lead and develop a team of Sales Account Managers.Coach and train agents on telesales techniques, tools, and customer approach from onboarding to ongoing development.Monitor and analyze performance, ensuring KPIs and targets are met or exceeded.Organize daily team operations, including shift planning, progress tracking, and reporting.Conduct regular 1-on-1s and feedback sessions to support continuous improvement and engagement.Support outbound sales activity, participate in calls, and share best practices with the team.Collaborate with other team leaders and managers to align on goals, sales strategies, and process improvements.Foster a positive and energetic sales culture promoting accountability, teamwork, and motivation.What we are looking for :
Minimum 1 year of proven phone sales experience.Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a telesales environment.Experience in training and coaching telesales agents.Fluency in Swedish and English.Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.Ability to support and motivate younger sales agents, often new to living in Spain.Preferred qualifications :
Additional language skills in Finnish or Norwegian.Strong understanding of sales strategies and business growth.What we offer :
