Role Overview :
We are looking for a Programme Coordinator who will be in charge of the organisation of the learning experience during the design, delivery and closure of the programmes assigned, supervising stakeholders’ alignment. As Program Assistant you will be accountable for preparing both F2F and online resources to ensure together with the Programme Manager an outstanding and top-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
* Ensure that the back-office work is done in a timely manner for all programmes assigned, with a specific focus on e-learning technologies. This includes ensuring the right integration of all programme content within Headspring’s platform or the correct implementation of the learning experience in the client’s learning environment. They will also support in the coordination of the physical materials needed for the correct execution of a programme.
* Set the Campus On-line, bulk all the information / documentation required for the proper consecution of the programme and manage the booking and implementation of the webminars / online conferences.
* Provide support to faculty, participants, and clients, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems and resolve issues (including VLE and other collaborative tools).
* Attend to programme logistics :
Following the design of the programme, plan the professors through the planning system. Book the rooms or classrooms needed for the correct performance of the programme. Manage together with the IE / FT Planning department and / or with any other venue, etc. Supervise and coordinate the relationship with external providers. Mainly, agencies and contractors of e-learning development.
* During the delivery of the programme :
In coordination with the Programme Manager, ensure an effective communication to the participants about any update or modification related to the logistics of the programme and, ensure that the participants fill the quality surveys and feed the system to calculate quality ratio.
Key Requirements :
* 3+ years of experience in implementing and managing e-learning projects either in-company or on a consultant basis.
* Proficient in English and Spanish, any other languages will be highly valued.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
* 3+ years of experience working with Blackboard, OpenLMS, Docebo and / or other LMS.
