International Medical Device Sales Development Representative (Junior | Remote | French / Italian Speaking)GrowthMedics helps medical device, IVD, and healthcare manufacturers successfully expand across Europe and the Middle East. Acting as an extension of our clients' commercial teams, we support market entry through distributor development, hospital sales, business development, regulatory market access, and strategic growth initiatives in international markets.Before Applying – Please Read This role is intended forJunior to Mid-Level Medical Device Sales Professionals (3–6 years of experience)who enjoy prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales.To be considered, you must have:✔ 3–6 years of professional sales or business development experience✔ Minimum 3 years of experience within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry✔ Experience selling into hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, or working for a medical device distributor✔ Experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting✔ Fluent English, Spanish and French or Italian❌ This role is not suitable for recent graduates❌ This role is not suitable for candidates without medical device or healthcare sales experience❌ This role is not suitable for marketing, research, customer service, or regulatory-only profiles❌ This role is not intended for senior sales managers, directors, or executivesThe Role This is anoutbound new sales and business development rolefocused on generating new commercial opportunities for medical device manufacturers across Europe. The majority of your time will be spent identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, outside field trips visiting distributors, hospitals and tradeshows, qualifying opportunities, securing meetings, and building sales pipeline. You will be working with invidually and with inside sales support to develop and executive sales strategies.You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities through:Cold callingEmail prospectingLinkedIn outreachLead generation campaignsDistributor recruitmentHospital prospectingFollow-up and opportunity nurturingSuccess in this role is measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified meetings, develop pipeline, and identify new distributor and hospital opportunities for our clients.You will engage directly with:Medical device distributorsHospital decision-makersProcurement managersClinical stakeholdersKey Opinion Leaders (KOLs)Healthcare executivesKey ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development & Lead Generation (Primary Focus)Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through phone, email, and LinkedInGenerate qualified sales meetings for medical device manufacturersIdentify and recruit potential distribution partners across EuropeDevelop new hospital and healthcare provider opportunitiesBuild target account lists and prospect databasesExecute structured follow-up campaigns and lead nurturing activitiesQualify opportunities and move prospects through the sales funnelSales Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate CRM records and opportunity trackingManage sales pipeline and follow-up activitiesReport weekly on KPIs, meetings generated, pipeline created, and commercial progressSupport account development and opportunity conversion strategiesMarket Entry & Commercial SupportSupport market entry projects for international medical device companiesProvide market intelligence and commercial insightsAssist in distributor evaluations and channel development strategiesTrade Shows & EventsConduct pre-show outreach campaignsIdentify and secure meetings ahead of congresses and exhibitionsSupport client activities during selected industry eventsWhat We're Looking ForRequired Experience3–6 years of sales, SDR, business development, or commercial experienceMinimum 2–3 years within medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciencesProven experience generating opportunities through outbound sales activitiesExperience in at least one of the following:Selling medical devices into hospitals or clinicsWorking for a medical device distributorRecruiting or managing distributorsHealthcare business developmentProfileTrue hunter mentality with a passion for new business developmentComfortable making outbound calls and securing meetingsHighly proactive and persistentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsKPI-driven and results-orientedAble to work independently in a remote environmentLanguagesRequired:Fluent English and SpanishFluent French or ItalianWhat We OfferInternational exposure across European healthcare marketsOpportunity to work with innovative medical technologiesStrong commercial learning and career developmentCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus structureFlexible remote working environment
