The Role
We are looking for aSenior Performance Marketing Specialist to run our performance marketing for the international market (currently the Spanish market). We need someone who is strategic but still actively sets up and manages campaigns daily. You won't just manage budgets; you will directly impact our business growth by helping people find and book the therapy they need. While Google Ads is our current priority, we are looking for someone ready to expand our reach across Meta and other paid platforms soon.
What You Will Do
* Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for the Spanish market from the ground up, and prepare to launch and scale Meta Ads and other channels in the near future.
* Focus on lower-funnel user acquisition to efficiently convert leads into paying patients.
* Work closely with other teams to improve the patient journey and align your campaigns with company goals.
* Track and report on both campaign KPIs and company metrics, connecting your daily work to the overall business results.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience:3-5 years of direct experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns, alongside solid experience with Meta Ads or other paid platforms. You bring solid expertise, but you still want to work directly inside the platform.
* Customer-Centric Approach:You know that the best performance marketing comes from understanding what people actually want. You focus on user intent and psychology, not just tweaking algorithms, to drive real conversions.
* Lower-Funnel Mindset:You optimize for what actually drives the business (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROAS) and ignore vanity metrics. Your goal is concrete conversions.
* Analytics Stack:You rely on data to make decisions. We use Looker and Mixpanel, and we expect you to be proficient with the classic performance toolkit: GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and spreadsheets.
* Languages & Market Knowledge:Fluent English is required, Spanish is a nice-to-have. Regardless of language, we require knowledge of the Spanish market from having lived there or run extensive campaigns targeting it.
* Industry Background:You have worked in mental health, education, or a similar consumer service field.
* Curious & Open-Minded:You question your past learnings, test new ideas, and stay eager to learn.
* Team-Oriented:You don't work in silos. You understand that marketing needs to collaborate with other teams, and you care about company-wide metrics as much as your own campaign stats.
