PEOPLE CARE ANALYST :
Konecta is hiring a People Care Analyst with native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to join our dynamic and innovative team.
In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining daily contact with the company's employees, ensuring a positive work environment, and through clear and concrete processes, maintaining control over absenteeism within the company and the well-being of the employees.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and record employees' medical leaves in the corresponding systems.
Prepare periodic absenteeism and trend reports, providing useful information for HR and management decision-making.
Offer support to employees on leave, ensuring smooth communication with the company when necessary.
Coordinate and provide support in the return-to-work processes, ensuring internal protocols are followed and that the return is positive and productive.
Collaborate with the Occupational Risk Prevention department and direct managers to promote a healthy environment and reduce absenteeism rates.
Propose enhancements to the processes for managing absences and reintegration
Requirements:
Education in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar.
Native or bilingual Spanish and English.
Previous experience in personnel administration or absence management (preferably in BPO environments or similar).
Analytical skills to interpret data and generate reports.
Empathetic and assertive communication skills
High proficiency in office tools (Excel, Power BI, or others).
