**Join Our Team as the Head of Governance & Portfolio Management!**
Are you ready to take a pivotal role in shaping the future of AXA Partners? We are seeking a dynamic leader to become our **Head of Governance & Portfolio Management**. This is a unique opportunity to drive our investment operational governance in alignment with AXA Partners’ SCALE UP strategy while ensuring compliance with our governance frameworks and policies.
**What you’ll be doing**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the execution of investment governance, ensuring transparency and adherence to established frameworks.
- Oversee the performance of projects, programs, and portfolios, utilizing major KPIs to drive success.
- Collaborate with a general community of IT Portfolio Managers and IT Managers to foster alignment and communication.
- Provide strategic insights and support to Senior Management, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Accountable for identifying & defining needs and implementing an efficient set of reports in PowerBi dashboards (Project portfolio overview dashboard, BAU global report, Data quality, etc.) in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Lead for identifying, defining & implementing initiatives aiming at enhancing AXA Partners’ projects, portfolios & IT budget portfolios monitoring, tools and processes in order to ensure continuous alignment with AXA Partners ambitions and internal control needs.
**What you’ll bring**:

- +5 years experience in managing complex governance and PMO activities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on financial dimensions of project management.
- A strategic thinker with a solid understanding of enterprise strategy, compliance, and internal controls.
- Fluency in English. Spanish or French will be a plus.
