Responsibilities
As a member of the Services Team, you will undertake a range of assignments. For new installations, you will work with the client’s project team to ensure a successful outcome. This will mainly be Configuration work using our LIMS / ELN software. For existing installations, you will help customers manage and extend their systems by providing services such as functional enhancements, rolling out to new sites, and Line 2 / Line 3 services.
You will be expected to comply with our QA system and Consultant Certification process.
Candidate
We are looking for LIMS / ELN professionals with an exceptional track record of at least 2-5 years in a significant leadership role involving LIMS / ELN or Laboratory-linked technology.

Ideally, you will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (preferably Computer Science, but as well Biotechnology or Chemistry) and experience in the following:
- Configuration of LabWare LIMS and ELN products (or other LIMS / ELN products).
- Databases (Oracle, SQLServer), SQL, LIMS Basic programming, XML, HTML, Crystal Reports.
- Server-based architecture, Web deployments, Citrix deployments, web services.
- Laboratory instrument interfacing, ERP systems interfacing.
