As Sales Manager you will be the next driving force behind Hanshow. You are self-motivated and have a “can-do” attitude. You will work closely with other senior leaders across a variety of departments.
Your main tasks will include:
1. Sell and promote Hanshow products directly or via partners to prospective and existing customers including forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
2. Build working relationships with presales, post sales, marketing and product teams in the respective territory to develop joint account plans.
3. Develop and execute a territory/account plan to maximize revenue.
4. Generate and achieve monthly forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a quarterly basis.
5. Participate marketing events to promote Hanshows solutions.
6. Participate weekly progress meetings with overseas team.
Who are we looking for:
1. At least five-year sales experience in retail industry.
2. Degree in Computer Sciences, Business, Economics or similar level of knowledge gained through courses and training.
3. Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiations skills with the ability to effectively communicate with the line of business representatives.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and execute upon agreed strategy.
5. Ability to penetrate accounts and represent Hanshow value propositions.
6. Excellent written and verbal skills in English and local language.
