We are seeking a Spain-based Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Europe growth. As an ambassador for ICF, you will be a true recruitment specialist, partnering with the business at all levels to ensure you deliver a high and consistent level of excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with the business and deliver a full life-cycle recruitment process across a variety of levels and roles.
* Identify high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
* Establish creative sourcing strategies to locate and secure candidates with hard-to-find skill sets.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to build a deep understanding of their business needs.
* Use data to drive effective priorities and strategies.
Requirements:
* 3-4 years of Spain-based full life-cycle recruiting experience.
* Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders.
* Confident and proactive approach.
* Demonstrate advanced sourcing skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, plus ideally French.
Preferred Requirements:
* Marketing and communication background or public sector experience.
* Knowledge of the European Commission and associated talent networks.
Professional Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
