Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Strategy & Expansion Intern to join our growing and successful Group Business Development Team. Under the supervision of the Portfolio CLV Director, she/he will actively take part in the analysis and built-up of actionable insights on the customer portfolios our future and new markets (UK, Netherlands, Germany among others), and derive actions to increase their value (CLV).

Key Responsibilities
The Strategy & Expansion Portfolio Intern will be an integral member of the Strategy & Expansion team, responsible for:
1. Analysis of the customer portfolio database of the Expansion countries, with special focus on their customer lifetime value profile
2. Segmentation of the customer portfolios in every Expansion market, based on key quantitative variables
3. Design and publication of follow-up dashboards and reports for the capture of opportunities detected
Additionally, he/she will work with the rest of the Strategy & Expansion team in other projects such as new country launch, etc.
This role will require determination to deeply understand :
4. Our business model (both in terms of acquisition of customers and their lifetime value)
5. Our Go to Market (digital marketing, call center, field sales & salesmen commercial dynamics, E2E KPIs, etc.)
6. Our service to customers and the main drivers of customer loyalty and satisfaction
7. Our processes in Operations (Alarm monitoring, Customer Care, Maintenances, etc.)
Location
The position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with Pan European travel expected (up to 50%)

Experiences and Qualifications
Skills required
We are looking for junior talented professionals with high affinity towards data and the ability to dive deep and analyze large datasets and derive opportunities:
8. Strong business sense, understanding the business impact of KPIs
9. Experienced in complex data analysis and advanced data modelling (with Excel or other tools)
10. Entrepreneurial drive with strong hands-on approach and commitment, overcoming obstacles to achieve goals, with innovative and open mindset to new approaches
11. Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, being able to perform well in high-pressure environments, on own initiative and in an international/multicultural team
12. Strong comfort with technology and ability to learn new concepts, tools and processes
13. Good written and oral communication capabilities, being able to communicate complex concepts in a simple way to audiences with different backgrounds
14. Fluent in written and spoken English (other languages will be a plus: Spanish, German, Italian, French)
15. Preferred degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, but other backgrounds are welcome
Competencies
Additional complementary skills will be valued:
16. Experience in data management and visuals creation (Power BI or similar software)
17. Basic-medium programming skills will be valued (e.g., SQL, DAX, R, etc.)
18. Knowledge of statistics and predictive modelling techniques are also a plus
