As part of our European growth strategy, Riwald Recycling is developing its operations in Spain, based in Villaverde, Madrid. To support this strategic development, we are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Buyer with solid experience in ferrous and non-ferrous metal recycling.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Actively prospect, develop, and manage a robust supplier portfolio
* Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, ensuring competitive and sustainable agreements
* Analyze profitability and market trends to support informed purchasing decisions
* Work closely with site operations and yard teams to ensure smooth execution and operational efficiency
* Represent Riwald’s values of safety, integrity, and sustainability in all commercial activities
What We Are Looking For

* Proven experience in a similar commercial or purchasing role within the ferrous and non-ferrous metal recycling industry
* Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
* High level of autonomy, ownership, and entrepreneurial mindset
* Confident, decisive, and results-driven attitude
* Strong safety culture and commitment to occupational health & safety
* Solid knowledge of ERP systems (commercial management) and proficiency in MS Office
