**Senior Deskside Engineer**:
**Deskside Engineer in Airbus Getafe**
**The standard scope of this role includes**:
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT related incidents in different environments.
- Installing current Microsoft and/or Apple operating systems for PC’s, onto a desktop and laptop.
- Loading an image onto a desktop and laptop.
- Installing (unpack, connect to the network and test) standard desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Replacing components in both desktops and laptops (e.g. hard drives, processors, fans etc.).
- Understanding complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations.
- 2nd Line Support of PCs / Laptops / Mobiles / Printers.
- Managing multi-vendor warranties.
- Hands & Eyes for L3 guidance on Network devices and Server systems.
- Performing other IT related actions as guided by CC.
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the agreed quality and service levels.
- Focus on Customer Service
**Pre-Requisites & Experience**:
- Studies: Ciclo Formativo de Grado medio en Informática (CFGM).
- Experience: at least 3 years
- Previous experience as onsite support in different customers carrying out tasks as described above.
- Flexibility to do on call service
- Fluent in Spanish and B2 English is required.
- Willing to work 100% onsite
- Vetting mandatory
- Driving licence is an advantage
- Advantage: MCSA / CCNA / FORTI NSE4 / Checkpoint
