Now, we’re growing our consulting practice in Spain and looking for a Business Process Consultant who’s ready to lead meaningful change.
What You’ll Do:
As a Business Process Consultant, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through the full lifecycle of process improvement from discovery and design to implementation and continuous optimization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with business and technical stakeholders to assess current processes and design optimized workflows.
- Leading process mapping, documentation, and gap analysis sessions.
- Identifying automation opportunities and aligning process design with ServiceNow capabilities.
- Translating business requirements into functional design specifications for technical teams.
- Supporting change management, user adoption, and performance measurement efforts.
- Providing mentorship to junior consultants and contributing to practice development initiatives.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in business process consulting, service management, or digital transformation.
- Experience working with ServiceNow (or similar workflow automation platforms) is highly desirable.
- Proven background in ITSM, HR, or CSM process design.
- Strong knowledge of process frameworks (ITIL, BPMN, etc)
- A structured, analytical mindset paired with curiosity and empathy.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills;
from executives to delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Fluent in Spanish & English proficiency a plus.
