Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through close, with a focus on high-impact rolesPartner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamicsBuild and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in Saa S, CRM, AI, and/or social/content-driven industriesCraft compelling outreach and candidate experiences that reflect our brand, culture, and missionMaintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market researchUse data and insights to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring efficiencyAct as a talent advisor, bringing industry trends, competitive intel, and creative ideas to the table What We're Looking For
