Reporting into the Senior Performance Manager, this role focuses on providing analytical support and reporting for the cluster business unit and internally to the different stakeholders, driving a culture of value hunting across the business. You will play a key role in supporting business decisions and optimization of investments decisions.
The role will provide key analysis during the monthly close and reporting cycle as well as comparisons and variance analysis versus the dynamic plan, forecast and last year.
You will provide ongoing support and evaluation of actual performance against targets to ensure timely decision making.
You will have responsibility for managing, presenting and actioning all financial issues related to A&P and Structure Costs performance.
You will support the Finance Managers for Western Europe on the controls & governance activities related to A&P and Structure Costs.
Responsibilities
1. Drive results & excellence in A&P and Structure Costs P&L Management
2. Build strong relationships with Market functions (Marketing teams, HR, SC Budget Owners, Finance Manager), Support functions (CoE and BES) and Euroc functions
3. Manage accuracy of Actual financial numbers for A&P and SC
o Support Marketing teams with accurate and on-time PO/GR/WBS
o Support HR and SC Budget Owners with SC accruals and PO/GR/CC
o Support Finance Managers with Structure Costs journal entries and accruals review during month-end closing
4. Variance Analysis vs. Budget and Last Year: identify main drivers of YTD performance and assess risks or opportunities
5. Latest Estimate: collaborate with CoE and Budget Owners to develop a current fiscal year's estimate
Dynamic planning cycle
* Understand & embrace Dynamic Planning principles
* Support Marketing teams during IAP
* Assist with accurate and timely WBS information
* Ensure correct number of WBS lines based on accounting principles and reporting needs
* Support additional budget requests during the fiscal year
Controls & governance
* Assist Finance Managers with controls & governance activities: SOX, audits, balance sheet review, local tax payments
* Act as back-up for certain areas
Business partner for the business
* M&E: support measurement & evaluation of investments & activations
* Innovation: assist with business case assumptions and sustainable profitability of innovations
Performance management ad-hoc financial support
* TM1 data uploads
* PowerPoint deck creation for IAP or Dynamic Plan season
* Support meetings with agencies to find efficient solutions
* Provide ad-hoc support to hunt for value and meet targets
Measures of success
* Performance: meet financial budget and project targets, deliver accurate reports

* Audit Accuracy: ensure full accuracy in financial actions and audits
Skills And Experience
To succeed, you will have/be:
* +5 years in finance business partnering, preferably in FMCG or Beverage
* Strong financial partnering mindset with Marketing and Commercial teams
* Experience managing P&L, A&P, and Structure Costs
* Excellent analytical skills and concise communication
* Ability to influence senior leaders and motivate change
* High energy, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Continuous improvement mindset
* Understanding of end-to-end business processes and financial impacts
* Ability to identify root causes and develop solutions
* Skilled in organizing multiple projects efficiently
* Experience developing standard analytical reports
* Knowledge of internal controls and standards
* Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
* Proficiency in research and analysis techniques
* Ability to succeed in a matrix organization
* Proficiency in English
The following are preferred:
* Experience in the Spirits Industry
* BS in Business, Finance, and Marketing or equivalent
* Proficiency in Spanish and English
