Improving accuracy and reliability of billing and usage data.2. Reducing latency between event emission and charge calculation.3. Increasing transparency and auditability of billing processes.4. Supporting new product metrics and dynamic pricing models.You’ll help design and implement these changes, working in a highly collaborative and data-driven environment.- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and streaming jobs for billing and usage processing using Flink and Java.- Develop aggregation and reconciliation logic in ClickHouse, ensuring accuracy and consistency across billions of records.- Build high-performance APIs and services for consumption by internal teams.- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with SLAs and financial reporting standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, evolve, and document billing data models and processing logic.RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills- 5+ years of experience in development of data-intensive backend systems.- Strong proficiency in Java (core language for streaming and backend processing).- Solid experience with ClickHouse (data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning).- Experience with Apache Kafka.- Hands-on experience with streaming frameworks like Apache Flink, Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect.- Strong SQL skills applied to OLAP use cases including building complex aggregations, optimizing queries and data layouts for performance.- Good communication skills and experience collaborating in distributed international teams.- Advanced English level.You’ll Stand Out If You Have- Experience designing Usage/Billing systems.- Experience with data quality frameworks.- Experience with managing data intensive infrastructure.- Experience with Ruby on Rails framework.Job Req ID: 2413
