We are looking for a **Junior **BI Data Analyst to support the WW Industrial Print Services** organization (IPCS).
At HP, Business Intelligence activity, plays a critical role in enabling the right data to support business decisions and operations management.
The BI Data Engineer/Architect person will support the BI team who is responsible for working with IT to build and maintaining data sets and the corresponding infrastructure to support teams across the different Industrial Print Services Business (Indigo, PWP Commercial, LF Industrial and PWI Packaging) across all Worldwide business and regions.
As a Junior BI Data Analyst you will be responsible for designing and building intuitive dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
He/she will directly support one of our key Project Managers, to develop and deploy critical reporting solutions and tools at a global scale.
**Responsibilities**:
- Dashboard Development: Effectively tells stories with the data using visualization tools (Power BI - a must) to demonstrate insight impact and business value.
- Data Gathering and Analysis: Basic experience on working with multiple data sources and data transformation methods.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate requirements into dashboard designs.
- Documentation: Document data sources, methodologies, and dashboard specifications to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on how to interpret and use dashboards effectively.
- Maintains proficiency within the Business Intelligence domain by keeping up with technology and trend shifts.
**Education and Experience Required**
- Recent Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.
- Experience with SQL & Python for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Power BI (it is a must).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Fluent English is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
