Mfg Process Improv Sr Leader
Responsible of ensuring the proper coordination and support to commercial agenda, and innovation ideas, participating and making sure that all the industrial trials are done on time. Look for productivities on these operations working together Supply Chain team and commercial trade Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead Supply Chain area being the link between SC Team within the Category and the BU and the rest of the Functions of the Company
* Coordinate commercial launchs, together the rest of departments: R&D, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercialisation, Engineering and Procurement.
* Lead all the trails to be done in the three plants of Spain (Echavarri, Tafalla and Seville) coordinating with the rest of stakeholders (GP, R&D, Commercialization).
* Lead productivity Supply agenda in all these changes
* Support Sustainability Beverages agenda, being part of workshops teams in order to achieve all Pepsico Compromise for the next 10 years
* Analize and coordinate financial and operative impacts in Supply Chain within the projects
* Support Plant Manager and SC Senior Director to capture new ways of working.
* Participate in the proper internal and external Forums being SC representative
* Align with Refresco Company to ensure all the projects are proper follow up in their plants.
* Lead the trials required
* Work with R&D department developing new products and ensuring all the requirements for Supply Chain are covered.
* Work with Global Procurement teams, looking for productivities, ensuring all these changes are proper done and follow up in Supply Chain
* Engineering Master Degree or Similar (Technical, Agricultural…)
* Education in Food Safety, Environmental Law & Regulation is strongly recommended.
* Written and spoken English (Advance Level).
* Used to work in high paced environments.
* Good communication and team building skills.
* Strong leadership and motivation skills.
Qualifications
* Engineering Master Degree or Similar (Technical, Agricultural…)
* Education in Food Safety, Environmental Law & Regulation is strongly recommended.
* Written and spoken English (Advance Level).

* Strong leadership and motivation skills.
* Solid background in Ops (production or related positions), recommended more than 5 years experience.
* Strong experience in Management positions (5-7 years desired).
* Experience of at least 2 years in positions related to the following issues:
o Food Safety & Quality.
o Procurement.
o Engineering and Maintenance.
o Process Control & Results Management.
