The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to drive growth, close deals, and help scale our business from the ground up. If you love building pipelines, hitting targets, and shaping the sales function in a high-energy startup, this is your role.

What You’ll Do:

* Own end-to-end sales: new business, upsells, and renewals.
* Build and execute B2B SaaS sales strategies.
* Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and close deals.
* Collaborate on product positioning, pricing, and GTM initiatives.
* Mentor junior sales team members and help scale our sales culture.


Who You Are:

* 5-7 years in B2B SaaS sales coordinator role, ideally in a startup environment with proven success in scaling the team.
* Proven track record of exceeding targets.
* Familiar with AI / tech-driven SaaS products.
* Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
* Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
