Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Java Developer to join our Product Management team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure solutions as part of our product roadmap. Collaborating with Consulting, Support, and Customer Success teams, you will deliver high-quality software to meet our international clients' needs. This role reports to the Head of Product Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop scalable, performant, and secure applications for HCM integration.
* Collaborate across departments to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Deliver enhancements, new features, and new modules according to our product roadmap.
Qualifications and Skills
* Expert Java development skills, including Spring/Spring Boot, with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
* Experience with ETL tools.
* Proficiency in REST APIs, web services, encryption, LDAP, and file distribution.
* Strong database knowledge (Oracle DB, SQL).
* Experience with CI/CD, Agile, SCRUM, Kanban methodologies.
* Knowledge of source control, build, and deployment tools (Git, Jenkins, Liquibase, JIRA).
* Experience with cloud architectures, microservices, Kubernetes.
* Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, or OCI is a plus.
* Ability to ensure code quality with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, TestNG) and code coverage tools (JaCoCo).
* Experience with static analysis tools like OWASP/SonarQube.
* Peer review and performance tuning experience.
* Experience managing technical teams.
* Effective collaboration within diverse, remote teams.
* Stay updated with industry trends to drive innovation.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to work according to UK/EU schedules.
