VHIR offers a vacancy for a Postdoctoral Researcher within the Genetic Medicine Group.
**Education and qualifications**:
**Required**:
- PhD in Genetics
- Master’s degree in Genetics
**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required**:
- Experience with 3D culture of organoids and nasospheroids.
- Experience with cystic fibrosis and confocal microscopy.
- In vitro handling and functional assays with CFTR modulating drugs.
**Main responsibilities and duties**:
- Culture of organoids and nasospheroids.
- Maintenance tasks and replacement of consumable material. Functional assays with CFTR modulators.
**Labour conditions**:
- Full-time position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: Immediate.
- Gross annual salary: 24.785,40 euros Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale
- Contract**:Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
