Experteer Overview In this role you lead the mechanical integration of bogies and couplers for state-of-the-art rail vehicles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and validate design requirements. You drive coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure robust integration, testing, and validation. You will influence the car body design and systems interfaces to enable safer, efficient, and sustainable trains. This global role offers impactful projects and a culture that values diversity and flexible work arrangements.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Own the mechanical integration of bogies and couplers/joints for advanced rail vehicles - Coordinate designs with stakeholders across bogie plant, car body, electrical cabling, pneumatic piping, and systems engineering - Define requirements for couplers and joints;
manage design activities with system suppliers - Perform clearance and collision tests and movement analysis for cables and tubes - Develop lifting and recovery concepts, including pre-design of attachments - Plan and supervise lifting operations, clearance tests, and other validation activitiesResponsabilidades - Master's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering, rail vehicle construction, bogie integration, couplers/joints) or equivalent - Strong expertise in materials, strength analysis, and bolt design - Proficient in Creo, PDMLink, and SAP - Excellent communication and teamwork;
fluency in English;
