We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Operational Excellence Expert to drive a world-class continuous improvement culture across multiple international sites.

This is not just a consultant role;
it is a \"driver\" position. You will be responsible for the progressive maturity of the organization’s Operational Excellence (OPEX) system. You will partner with site functional leaders to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and anchor a customer-centric mindset in daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maturity Leadership: Lead OPEX assessments and define yearly focused improvement roadmaps for manufacturing sites.
- Process Foundation: Implement and sustain foundational pillars, including Managing Daily Improvement (MDI), Leader Standard Work, 5S, and Problem-Solving.
- Strategic Partnership: Identify investment needs and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce operational complexity and variability.
- Digital Integration: Support the deployment of digital initiatives and data-driven manufacturing solutions (MES/Analytics).
Requirements:
Education: MSc in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: Proven track record in Operational Excellence within a process-driven manufacturing environment (ideally batch or complex operations).
Technical Grip: Strong capability in process analysis and hands-on experience with manufacturing execution systems and data integration.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Language: Full professional proficiency in English.
