As Aircraft Performance Engineer you contribute to performance deliverables across AD&S fixed-wing programs, shaping performance strategies and supporting certification, R&D, and customer needs. You’ll work closely with the Aircraft Performance team to harmonize tools, data, and processes while driving digitalization and excellence. The role combines hands-on performance studies, tool stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, customer-focused outcomes. This position offers the chance to influence design choices and support operations with strategic impact.

• Lead aircraft performance activities across current, future, and R&D programs, including certification discussions with authorities
• Support design phases and derivatives of existing products from a performance perspective
• Produce performance studies for sales campaigns, RFPs, and customer inquiries
• Assist flight operations with operational tools, data solutions, and in-service support
• Contribute to flight data analysis for development, certification, and investigations
• Implement roadmaps for tool harmonization, data management, and service marketing
• Develop and roll out the Flight Physics strategy and service portfolio
• Maintain high-quality, clear technical dossiers and presentations
• Drive digitalization, capability roadmaps, and program delivery
• Foster cross-team synergies and continuous improvement of Aircraft Performance processes
• Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and conflict management with internal and external stakeholders
• Show problem-solving and organizational skills and maintain customer focus
Responsabilidades
• Master’s degree in Aeronautical xpzdshu Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in Aircraft Performance (development, flight test and certification)
• Willingness to travel as required
• English negotiation level; German/Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Ability to work under pressure
• Owner mindset and proactive attitude
• Awareness of compliance risks and integrity commitment
