We currently have an opportunity for highly motivated, team players with mechanical aptitude as General Assembly Operator.

Responsibilities for this position will include:
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to rotate through a wide variety of cells and demonstrate proficiency
- Will occasionally be required to fill in as Operator in CNC and Weld
- Use a variety of hand tools, fixtures and test equipment
- Visually inspect production run and document results.
- Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Participation in departmental improvement projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 year of general work experience.
- Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
- Mechanical ability
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
- The position will require physical strength, agility, dexterity and standing for extended periods
- Prefer experience in environments with ISO, Quality Management Systems, Lean. Six Sigma and 5S
Working Conditions:
- Standing up to 10 hours per day
- Constantly walking from cell to cell
- Occasionally lifting not up to 50 lbs
- The anticipated pay range for this position is_ $20.47_, hourly._ The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
