About the role

As part of the Partner Products team, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager. Your mission will be to lead our business development efforts to establish partnerships within the social, gaming, communications, audio, and mobile consumer sectors (both software and hardware). You will focus on adopting Voicemod’s technology across digital platforms and spearhead our B2B2C strategy globally. Responsibilities include generating leads, developing potential partners, and closing deals with digital businesses and marketplaces that are product-driven.

What you'll do

* Manage the business development pipeline primarily targeting the US and European markets.
* Define the Voicemod Developer Services Kit, go-to-market strategy, and distribution channels like plug-in or extension marketplaces.
* Collaborate with partners to define end-user use cases, pricing, and commercial models, including UI considerations for Voices, Sounds, and Collections.
* Identify top targets in social, gaming, mobile, and entertainment industries.
* Build business cases for high-potential partnerships and close B2B2C deals that generate revenue.
* Negotiate and structure commercial agreements with partners.
* Manage and optimize a portfolio of partnerships to support business growth.
* Enhance the company's profile in the ecosystem globally.
* Gather intelligence on competitors and provide feedback to the business.
* Coordinate with legal teams for agreement negotiations and execution.
* Work closely with product management, developer relations, marketing, and tech teams to ensure partner support and excellent service.

What you'll need

* Proven success in closing deals within social, gaming, mobile consumer tech, and B2B2C sectors.
* Strong knowledge of mobile products, developer services, and platform partnerships.
* Several years of experience in business development or partnerships in tech or product-led businesses, especially in gaming or entertainment.
* Passion for digital entertainment, gaming, and popular culture.
* Highly organized, results-oriented, and a self-starter.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and adapt quickly.
* Active global network in mobile, gaming, and social developer ecosystems.
* Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
* Gritty, hands-on attitude with a passion for Voicemod’s mission and products.
* Bonus) Experience closing deals in similar environments, product management background, gamer with sector insight, passion for audio technologies.
