We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Marsh. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Sales Executive, you will be focused on designing and delivering innovative risk management solutions and providing excellent client service.
As a member of Marsh, a integral leader in insurance brokerage and risk management, you will combine local market knowledge with international support and reach necessary to help organizations tackle complex challenges. Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic actions such as outbound calls, on-site client visits and attendance at networking events. Lead, together with the Account Manager, negotiation processes, contract preparation and deal closures, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the team’s growth. Stay up to date on our products and services and clearly communicate their value proposition to current and prospective clients. Proven experience in commercial or sales roles.
