Today, ALAYA, our modular platform, is already present in the European market, and we are currently in a phase of strong international expansion.

To support this key moment of growth, we are looking for someone to drive our international commercial development, build strong relationships, and become an ambassador for a technology that is transforming surgery.

YOUR MISSION

\n

You will play a key role in the international expansion of Cyber Surgery. Your goal will not only be to sell, but to build long‐term partnerships, understand the real needs of healthcare professionals, and bring our solution to places where it can truly make a difference.

\n

What will your day‐to‐day look like?

\n

· Develop, strengthen, and energize the distributor network.

\n

· Maintain close and ongoing communication with distributors and customers, identifying opportunities and proposing value‐driven solutions.

\n

· Conduct product presentations and clinical demonstrations of the surgical robot, in collaboration with specialists.

\n

· Work cross‐functionally with marketing and clinical specialist teams to ensure an excellent experience for customers and partners.

\n

· Represent Cyber Surgery at international congresses, trade fairs, and medical device industry events.

\n

· Analyze the market and competitors, staying up to date with industry trends and developments.

\n

· Plan and execute result‐oriented commercial actions, managing time and resources efficiently.

\n

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

\n

Beyond specific experience in the sector—which will be a plus—we are looking for attitude, ambition, and a genuine passion for sales.

\n

We want to bring on board someone eager to grow, who sees this role as an opportunity to build an international career within one of the most innovative sectors in medical technology.

\n

You will feel comfortable in this role if you...

\n

- Have a university degree.
- Have previous experience in equipment sales, ideally within the medical device sector.
- Have managed or worked with international distributors and sales networks. (At least 3 years).
- Stand out for your negotiation skills, communication abilities, and capacity to build trust.
- Are proactive, results‐driven, and strategically minded.
- Know how to design, implement, and monitor commercial action plans.
- Are motivated by working in innovative environments, in close contact with cutting‐edge technology and clinical professionals.
- Are fluent in English.
