brThe role contributes to talent development, operational training, employee engagement, internal communication, and the promotion of an ethical and inclusive culture within an industrial manufacturing environment.
brTalent Acquisition Workforce Planning
brManage end-to-end recruitment processes for operators, technical profiles, and interns.
brParticipate in job fairs and employer branding initiatives.
brCollaborate with managers on workforce planning and staffing needs.
brLearning Development, Training
brIdentify training needs in coordination with department managers.
brDesign, together with production supervisors, structured training packages per position to support onboarding and internal mobility.
brMonitor individual development plans and succession initiatives.
brCoordinate and support Local Leadership Development training programs.
brEnsure operational training is properly planned and delivered
brEthics Compliance Week, internal campaigns, global programs).
brMonitor and align with the global communication plan through monthly coordination meetings.
brDrive employee engagement initiatives, including the annual Engagement Survey and implementation of action plans derived from results.
brParticipate in the Social Committee and organize plant events.
brProvide support in employee relations management within an industrial setting.
brCross-Functional Projects HR Governance
brParticipate in HR process improvement projects.
brEnsure LD procedures are up to date and properly executed, being representative for HR in external auditor
brContribute to employer branding initiatives.
brPrepare HR reports and KPIs.
brBachelor's Degree in Law, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field.
brMaster's Degree in Human Resources is a plus.
br3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
brExperience working with blue-collar employees and shift-based operations.
