Job OverviewWe are seeking a Team Lead for Subsidiaries Applications to be responsible for the global ERP, support, and optimization of the ERP system across the organization's international operations. Coordinating with regional teams, leading ERP S4 Hana implementation and upgrades, managing system performance, and ensuring the ERP system meets the organization's operational and strategic goals.
Key Accountability Areas
ERP System Management: Oversee ERP system optimization globally, ensuring reliability and compliance with local regulations. Manage upgrades and enhancements to support evolving business needs
Implementation and Rollout: Lead global ERP deployment and manage integration of new modules, ensuring successful adoption through effective testing and training
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with business leaders, IT, and vendors to align ERP with business objectives. Act as primary contact for ERP inquiries in international locations
Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and guide best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Training and Support: Develop training programs for end-users and provide support across global locations, standardizing processes and troubleshooting steps
Compliance and Security: Ensure ERP system compliance with regulations and security policies, monitoring access to maintain data integrity
Reporting and Data Analytics: Configure the ERP system to produce accurate financial and operational reports that meet decision-making needs
HR Proficiency
Ability to recruit and develop high performers, ensuring equal treatment and performance-based assessments
Manage delegation of authority in accordance with company policy
Responsibility
Must take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables from this position, taking into consideration the general company guidelines
Able to anticipate problems and make the necessary proactive steps to prevent them

Monitor the plan performance and initiate action to strengthen results and take corrective action accordingly
Provide periodic work progress reports
Responsible for monitoring and control of budgets and expenses to achieve optimum cost efficiency
Organizational Development
Develop the organizational structure according to current requirements taking into consideration future development plans
Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deploy them
Business Process Improvements (Effectiveness)
Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible
Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business
Promote the automated systems and using them fully to spread its culture
Adaptation
Adapt to new and alternative techniques, technologies, management structures, and business models
Academic QualificationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
Work Experience6 to 10 years
Technical/Functional CompetenciesApplications System Analysis, Design, Enterprise Modeling, Monitoring, Strategic Enterprise Management (SEM)
