We’re seeking a proactive, data driven professional with junior experience in Quality who loves solving tough problems and delivering results that delight customers. YOUR ROLE:
Perform root cause analysis for product and process quality issues using structured problem solving methods. Define and implement corrective actions that are cost effective and permanent, and verify their effectiveness. Manage engineering changes with cross functional teams to ensure timely, robust implementation. Drive product validation and testing to confirm robustness before full rollout. Represent Voice of the Customer across teams and provide concise updates to stakeholders and leadership. YOUR PROFILE:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, Aerospace or related). 1-2 years' experience in Automotive field performing Quality activities. You must be able to work on-site (Saltillo automotive plant). You must have knowledge of the following:
Problem solving toolkit: 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Kepner Tregoe, Shainin, DOE experience. Data analysis and reporting: ability to synthesize metrics into clear actions and communicate to all levels. Change and project management skills with multi project prioritization in lean environments. Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills without direct authority.
