**Responsibilities**
- Overall responsibility for the team, including accounting and payroll.
- Ensure resource availability within the team, as well as lead the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Ensure that resources receive appropriate training.
- Coach and motivate the team.
- Plan and structure daily work, reporting deadlines, etc.
- Coordinate and be responsible for the delivery of all financial services, ensuring that each process within the team functions correctly.
- Manage and be responsible for client relations.
- Preparation of financial statements; monthly and annual closing.
- Consolidations.
- Annual reports K2/K3.
- Income declaration.
**Required Experience**
Experience is required in the following areas:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preparation of financial statements; monthly and annual closing.
- Consolidation and experience working with large companies/groups.
- Annual reports K2/K3.
- Income declaration.
**Required Education and Qualifications**
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Expertise in Swedish accounting.
- Very high proficiency in Swedish and English. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
