This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Europe.
What you’ll be working on as our Customer Engagement Manager (PLG):
* Own the trial customer journey, analyze user behavior, and tailor outreach to reduce friction and accelerate onboarding.
* Design and execute lifecycle programs across channels to help users set up Filestage for their workflows and reach value faster.
* Collaborate with Support and Product Marketing teams to develop educational content that drives activation and self-sufficiency.
* Identify conversion opportunities through product usage patterns and signals.
* Conduct discovery calls to understand team size, workflow complexity, security needs, and procurement hurdles.
* Guide users through best practices, value realization, and conversion, including recommending plans and closing self-served users.
* Partner with Sales to hand off engaged users with high potential for Enterprise plans, providing full context.
* Provide feedback to Product and Growth teams based on user insights.
