The ideal candidate will support project management, testing activities, and technology trend analysis within the ePowertrain perimeter. Join us in shaping the future of sustainable mobility.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Project Management and coordination activities (projects, timing, schedule & reporting).
• Required knowledge of ePWT perimeter, operation, and components.
• Analyze and report information about technology & market trends related to ePowertrain.
• Vehicle evaluation and reporting of test drive results or benchmarking activities.
• Planning, preparation, measurement, analysis, and reporting of vehicle ePWT tests.
• Prepare presentations about European ePowertrain trends and its main components in the different OEMs / suppliers.YOUR PROFILE:
• Industrial, Mechanical, Electric, Automotive Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination, with autonomous and proactive management skills and ability to implement improvement actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret and analyze test data.
• Great communication and management skills at all levels, both internal and external, with leadership in planning, self-coordination, analysis, and reporting both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English and Spanish level (both written and spoken).
• Availability to travel occasionally to support project testing and management.
• Valid driving license (minimum B category).Key Skills
• Experience in automotive engineering services and ePowertrain technologies, with strong component and system knowledge.Confidentiality and professionalism in document handling.
