We are seeking a Senior Finance Specialist (m/f/d) based in Valencia.
You will support the BauWatch business in the Spanish market, and by doing this you will work closely together with both the local Country Managing Director (MD) and the finance organization.
Since BauWatch in Spain is still a very young organization you have the chance to build the finance organization together with your two team members.
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will collaborate with the Group Finance team to ensure financial policies and procedures are applied consistently, financial systems are correctly set up, reporting is accurate and timely, and the business remains compliant with all local tax and legal requirements.
Next to this a critical and commercial mindset is required to work closely together with the MD and to challenge the organization in reaching its goals. BauWatch is a very performance oriented organization. The role is part of the Spanish management team.
