In this Role, you’ll get to
Build and progressively expand the portfolio of local hotel partners within the Spanish and/or Portuguese market by introducing prospective high‑potential partners to the Trip.Com proposition and facilitating the onboarding process.
Promote the Trip.Com brand name and its online reservation services to hotels, inspiring trust and engagement through compelling storytelling and value‑driven conversations.
Take full ownership of your market, treating it as your own project within a startup‑like environment where autonomy, speed, and initiative are key to success.
Maintain best‑rate parity, availability, and inventory of responsible hotels.
Advise and encourage hotels to join regular marketing campaigns and promotions, adapting the message to their needs and helping them fall in love with our vision.
Be an agile multitasker, able to prioritize and pivot between commercial discussions, data insights, internal coordination, and partner activation.
Be responsible for the assigned market and conduct data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.).
Create and maintain a strong network within the industry, acting as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor.
Bring passion and proactivity into everything you do, motivating yourself and those around you.
Complete other assigned tasks and projects.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Fluent in Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A minimum of 3 years of consultant / commercial / sales working experience in e‑commerce operation, marketplace, revenue/yield management and/or SaaS companies.
Detail‑oriented and fast learner
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and a big sense of ownership
Dynamic, proactive, positive, and a good team player
Start‑up background it’s a plus
Ability to work in a fast‑growing company with capacity to quickly adapt to changes
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Relevant experience in an OTA environment is an asset
Legally authorized to work in Spain and/or Portugal
