Lead the selection, negotiation, and performance management of providers and transport partners operating outsourced fashion warehouses.
Drive the harmonization and optimization of the global logistics network and service models across fashion houses, identifying and embedding best practices.
Oversee end-to-end transport operations and lead the logistics operational team, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Manage and control the annual budget within the area of responsibility, ensuring cost efficiency and financial discipline.
Monitor and analyze cost performance across all logistics and transport activities under supervision.
Establish strategic objectives and oversee KPI frameworks to track performance, drive accountability, and ensure operational excellence.
Align and streamline the Order to Cash and Customer Service processes across brands, fostering consistency, synergy, and best-in-class practices.
Lead strategic initiatives and transformation projects aimed at enhancing service levels and cost efficiency through sustainable and innovative solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by specialized training in Logistics Management.
~+ 5 years of experience in logistics management within a fast-paced, international fashion environment.
~ Proven experience in overseeing 3PL operations and outsourced warehouse management.
~ Strong knowledge of the Order to Cash process and Customer Care functions is highly desirable.
~ Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in French is considered a plus.
