What We're Looking For
We are seeking a RAMS Engineer with solid experience in Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety, Dependability, and Radiation/SEE analysis, ideally within the space sector. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, technical depth in RAMS methodologies, and the ability to thrive in dynamic project environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform and lead RAMS analyses such as FHA, RBD/REA, FMEA/FMECA, FTA, SEECA, and HSIA.
* Conduct Radiation Hardening Assurance (RHA) and related mission assurance activities.
* Execute outage, availability, and maintainability analyses for space systems.
* Ensure compliance with dependability and safety standards including FIDES, MIL, ECSS, EUROCAE.
* Support risk identification, safety assessment processes, and reliability growth activities.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams across the development lifecycle.
Requirements
Proven experience in RAMS engineering, including methodologies, tools, procedures, and techniques relevant to space missions.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
* FHA
* RBD/REA
* FMEA / FMECA
* SEECA
* RHA
* HSIA
* Availability & maintainability analysis
* Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
Knowledge of safety analysis and risk assessment processes.
Professional fluency in English.
Optional / Nice-to-Have
Previous experience in European or international space programs.
Familiarity with mission assurance in complex or safety‐critical systems.
