The purpose of a DSR (Dediated Sales Representative) at Medline is to offer our clients excellent sales advice and incident resolution in collaboration with the Sales department in particular, and with other key departments in general.
Specifically, we are looking for a colleague to support the Sales team in Spain, therefore Spanish is absolutely necessary for this position.
Resolve order incidents in collaboration with the assigned Account Manager to provide an excellent customer experience according to internal processes and policies.
Review all reports regularly to ensure proper maintenance and support month-end and year-end closings.
Complete required training to allow you to perform the job with the greatest efficiency.
Bilingual level in Spanish
Upper Intermediate level of English
Customer Orientation with high communication skills
Higher or intermediate-level training in Administration
Valuable experience of at least two years in the customer service department, especially in the Medical Devices sector.
High usability of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
